Terms of Service.

Effective: April 15, 2026Last updated: April 15, 2026

These Terms govern your use of LineShield, LineAudit, and Line Inspector Pro (collectively, the “Services”), provided by iDudes, LLC. By creating an account, submitting a phone number for audit, or subscribing to a paid tier, you agree to these Terms.

§Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you (“you,” “your”) and iDudes, LLC d/b/a The Insurance Dudes, TeleDudes, TeleFunnelOS, and The Telefunnel™ Agency Growth System (“iDudes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services — including by submitting phone numbers to LineAudit, subscribing to Line Inspector Pro, or subscribing to any LineShield tier — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

If you are using the Services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

§The Services

The Services include, without limitation:

  • LineAudit — a free, one-time diagnostic tool that analyzes up to 20 phone numbers you submit, returning CNAM registration, line-type, carrier, and a deliverability grade.
  • Line Inspector Pro — a recurring, subscription-based on-demand audit service that performs up to 250 phone-number lookups per week, saves history, and exports results.
  • LineShield — a recurring, subscription-based continuous-monitoring service for phone-number reputation, offered in Small, Mid, and Mega tiers with weekly automated re-audits, drift alerts, and deliverability scorecards.

We may modify, enhance, or discontinue any feature of the Services at any time with or without notice. Material changes that reduce core functionality of a paid tier will be announced to active subscribers via email.

§Accounts & Access

Free tools (LineAudit) require email verification; paid tiers (Line Inspector Pro, LineShield) require a subscription and email-based sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the email account associated with your Services access. All actions taken under your email are presumed to be taken by you.

You must be at least 18 years old and competent to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. The Services are intended for business use by licensed insurance producers, sales operations, and related professionals.

§Acceptable Use

You will not:

  • Submit phone numbers you do not own or are not authorized to audit;
  • Use the Services to harass, defame, or interfere with any third party, or to facilitate unlawful telemarketing;
  • Reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or attempt to replicate the Services;
  • Share, re-sell, or redistribute audit results without written permission;
  • Use the Services to violate the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the FCC's STIR/SHAKEN rules, state “mini-TCPA” statutes, or any other applicable law;
  • Circumvent rate limits, quotas, or authentication mechanisms, or use automated means to access the Services beyond the documented rate limits of your tier;
  • Introduce malware, fuzzing tools, or attempt to access other customers' data.

§Your Data & Phone Numbers

Phone numbers you submit. You represent and warrant that every phone number you submit for audit is either (a) owned by you or your business; or (b) a number you have been explicitly authorized in writing to audit on behalf of its owner. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you submit.

Audit results. Results of a lookup — including CNAM, line type, carrier name, and derived deliverability scores — are drawn from public carrier databases (LIDB) and third-party data providers (including Twilio Lookup v2). We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of results; we present them as received.

Retention.Free audit results and associated phone numbers are retained for 180 days. Paid-tier subscribers' monitored DIDs, lookup history, and alert logs are retained for the active life of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation, then deleted unless we are required to retain them by law.

Data export & deletion. Subscribers may export monitored-DID history at any time from their dashboard, and may request full account deletion at any time by emailing privacy@theidudes.com. See our Privacy Policy for additional rights.

The Services, including all software, copy, reports, visual design, and brand elements (LineShield, LineAudit, Line Inspector, iDudes), are owned by iDudes, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and trade-secret laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services during your subscription solely for your internal business purposes.

You may download audit reports for your own records and share them with counsel, compliance officers, or carriers. You may not re-publish reports or re-package the Services as your own product.

Feedback. Any suggestion, idea, or feedback you provide about the Services may be used by us without compensation or attribution.

§Third-Party Services

The Services are delivered with help from the following sub-processors, each bound by its own terms. Your use of the Services constitutes agreement that your data may be processed by these providers in the course of providing the Services to you:

§Disclaimers

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

No legal or carrier advice.Audit reports are diagnostic tools, not legal advice, compliance advice, or guarantees of carrier behavior. Deliverability outcomes depend on factors beyond our control, including third-party analytics providers (Hiya, TNS, First Orion) and the originating carrier's registration practices.

§Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iDudes, LLC and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, or lost data, arising from or related to the Services — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Services during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US $100.

§Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless iDudes, LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, liability, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your submission of phone numbers you were not authorized to audit, or (c) your use of the Services in violation of law.

§Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services — with or without notice and at our sole discretion — if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, if your account is more than 15 days past due, or if we are compelled by law. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you cease; sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, Disputes) will survive.

§Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

§Disputes

Informal resolution first. Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by emailing legal@theidudes.com with a description of the issue. We will attempt to respond within 30 days.

Jurisdiction. If the dispute is not resolved informally, any action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

No class actions. Disputes will be resolved on an individual basis; class arbitrations, class actions, and representative actions are waived to the extent permitted by law.

§Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify active subscribers via email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
